能不忆江南？！谁不忆江南！
江南好，风景旧曾谙。“江南”似乎如一个特别的文化和生活方式的符号，总是引起人们对美好生活的遐想。江南郡就是将这种美好，带入到日常生活中。
How beautiful is the scenery of Jiangnan (south of Yangtz River), and I am so familiar with the picturesque landscape. In China, Jiangnan acts as a special cultural and lifestyle symbol, always arousing people’s dream of a good life. Jiangnan County makes the dream come true and brings the beauty of Jiangnan into daily life.
位于安徽阜阳颍上的江南郡无论在设计还是建设上都代表了当地住宅开发的最高水准。目前刚完成的是其示范区部分，该部分将在建成后作为会所完整保留。一斑窥豹，从示范区，我们一起来领略江南的美。
Jiangnan County, located in the Yingshang, Fuyang of Anhui Province set a clear benchmark in residential design and construction for the region. The recently completed display area will functionas a future residents’ club facility.
设计师在此示范区中面临的最大挑战就是如何在一个相对狭小并有一定高差的空间中，铺陈有序，让人在移步换景中，既不乏味也不乏力的到达售楼处。
The greatest challenge designers faced was how to realize all functions in a relatively small space with large height difference. On the way to the sales house, people can experience various captivating scenes.
中式的几进院落给了我们灵感。
Multiple courtyards arrangements in ancient Chinese mansions inspired us.
三进院落，曲折路线，拉长流线、丰富了视野和空间体验感。
Three courtyards and zigzag path lengthen the circulation and enrich people’s view and experience of space.
江南郡正门是整个项目轴线的南端起始。现代、简约、大气的入口通过几节台阶，将江南郡与往外面的市政道路自然隔离，进入围合感强烈的第一进。
The landscape axis starts from the main entry to the south. Steps naturally separate Jiangnan County from the road, and the modern minimalist style entrance shapes the first enclosed courtyard.
第二进通过屋顶打造出尊贵感，迎接入户。可以看出，空间上继续收紧。
The roof of the second courtyard further creates the feeling of enclosure, welcoming the residents back home.
从项目整体看，此处东西向视线相对比较延展，而南北向则通过壁画作为障景，引领人们通过左边进入第三进。
The decorative wall painting acts as intriguing scenery, leading people to the third courtyard in the left.
第三进是一处狭长连廊，阳光透过树丛照射在玻璃屏风上，影影绰绰。
Sunshine radiates through the trees and shines on the long and narrow glass screen, shaping shadowy outlines.
空间上是收，而人的感受却不封闭。
The space is enclosed but the feeling is not confined.
此处，已经可以听到潺潺水声。
Here people can hear the sound of flowing water.
通过下沉入水中的廊架，来到户外中心庭院。
Walking through the sunken pergola, people reach the central courtyards.
整个空间的排布可谓是先通过曲折围合的空间极大压缩人们的视野；过后，则豁然开阔，形成空间强烈的对比。
All in all, the space is arranged in a suppressed manner at the first few courtyards, so as to be in view, then it suddenly becomes open and clear.
在此过程中，我们将台阶“消弭”于几进空间处，既解决了高差问题，满足了景观上的需要，创造了错落有致的美感，也使人能在不知不觉中到达中心庭院。
The steps are laid out in many sections on the way from the entry to the central courtyard. While solving the problems of height difference, the solution also provides a well-spaced landscape in several levels. It provides a space for rest and reflection.
中心庭院是大片镜面水景、大跌水和序列性涌泉，给人以宁静却不沉闷之感。坐在室外木平台上的洽谈区，视野开阔、景致幽静。
The large mirror water feature creates a tranquil but engaging environment. People can enjoy an open and beautiful view while sitting in the negotiation zone on the wooden platform.
值得一提的是，设计师在木平台上穿插大理石步道，步道一直延伸到水上。步道的尽头是一棵紫薇观赏树。
Inlaid in the wooden platform is a wooden path going all the way to the water. To the end of the path lays a crape myrtle tree.
这是一种典型的东方式的婉约的审美影响下的设计灵感。
Apparently such a graceful and restrained expression is largely affected by the Oriental aesthetics.
木平台上也的植栽也精心挑选，营造出庭院深深的氛围。
The elaborately chosen plantings on the wooden platform draw people in, offering a shaded space to enjoy.
在一个美好的午后，阳光穿过树枝树叶倾泻而下，能让人沐浴在幸福之中。
On a beautiful afternoon, the sunshine passes through the branches and leaves creating an ambient space for people to enjoy.
项目中的种种细节也皆有东方韵味，也体现了江南郡在设计和建造上的高品质。
The details enhance the Oriental taste ofJiangnan County and presents the high quality of its design and construction.
镜面不锈钢材质反复、但又巧妙的运用于各场景中，不突兀，然而又使项目和谐统一。
The materials used such as mirror finished stainless steel is skillfully used in many parts, making the design language consistent.
屏风元素在隔离和屋顶上的体现。
Screens are used in the corridor and roof.
屏风本是强烈的东方意向。屏风的玻璃为半透明，具有通透性，四周镜面不锈钢包边。
Screens themselves remind people of Orientalism.The screens are made of semi-transparent glass and enclosed by mirror finished stainless steel.
如漂浮在水上的种植台。
The planting platform appears as if floating on the water.
种植台嵌有镜面不锈钢，在灯光的反射下，产生了浮动的效果。
Reflected by the lighting, the mirror finished stainless steel which encloses the below part of the platform produces the floating effect.
下沉廊架的格栅也为镜面不锈钢，映衬出一片波光粼粼。
The racks of the sunken pergola are made of mirror finished stainless steel, shimmering in the reflection of the water.
而围墙、台阶、步道上则镶嵌有金属条，到了夜间，结合灯光，流光四溢。
The metal strips inlaid in the walls, steps and paths illuminate in the night.
江南郡是一个深得东方审美精髓的作品。它的东方精神不是体现在面上，而是深入到设计思想上。
In Jiangnan County the Oriental aestheticis not limited to what it shows, but reflected by its design thought.
三进格局本是东方的表达。更进一步而言，在一个较小的示范区中，设计师通过将空间再次分割，采用先抑后扬的手法，反而拉长了动线，更使人们在经过几个相对封闭和半封闭的空间后，面对较大空间的中心庭院有种乐章进入高潮之感。感受上的空间感远远大于实际的空间大小。
Multiple courtyards resemble a Chinese approach. Designers further divided space and lengthened the circulation. After going through several enclosed and semi-enclosed courtyards and then facing an open water, people can feel a much larger space than what it actually is.
南北规整强烈的轴线感在细节上被曲径平衡；景观线条和建筑线条相呼应，而软景植栽又与建筑及硬景构筑物户外交融，体现了一种东方智慧。
The Oriental influence is also indicated in the balance between the orderly and formal north-south axis and the zigzag path, the echo between landscape and architecture, and the incorporation between soft landscape as plantings and hard landscape as structures.
